John is one of the best home inspectors I have ever used. He is very detailed oriented and what other inspectors miss John always spots. Being a Realtor my clients always rely on me to find them the best referrals and they are always happy with his reports. He is extremely professional and I always get the reports on time. "John has been exclusively doing my inspections for the last 15 years. He’s excellent and very honest. Has an industrial safety engineering degree. Twice he’s caught items in foundation issues that the Seller’s inspections had not caught. (I represented the Buyers).  

If you don’t have someone really reputable to do prop. inspections, you may want John to come and speak during a meeting. He has all the correct certifications and affiliations, and has now connected with Termite inspectors to do package deals like that other company, I can’t think of the name now, our old office uses them because of the ease of dual inspections, but it’s like Russian roulette, you never know if you’re getting an ethical and diligent inspector or a newbie."
